1.練就更好(MOVE BETTER)

透過人體基礎動作進程的學習,設計出針對四肢延展與活化軀幹核心肌肉群的動作,此板塊重點在『啟動穩定肌群、打開關節活動度,靈活的四肢延展與穩定且優異的動作控制可以造就更好的動作品質。

2.練就更快(MOVE FASTER)

用不同平面的移動和跳躍訓練大腦與全身肌肉之間的連結,提高神經興奮刺激肌肉的收縮速度,提高專注力和手、眼協調能力,有夠好的反應跑得更快、跳得更高

 

3.練就更強(MOVE STRONGER)

全身上肢、下肢、和核心的鍛鍊,目的只有一個,『強化肌力和練出緊實的線條』,並且利用循環式訓練有『更好的燃脂效果和增強心肺能力』!(透過各式類型器材:TRX、壺鈴、槓鈴、彈力帶、戰繩、徒手…)

4.練就更輕鬆(MOVE EASIER)

結合大量瑜伽伸展動作,伸展每一寸肌肉,擁有更好的柔軟度優化能量傳導,並且配合呼吸、冥想達到放鬆身體,釋放壓力提升睡眠
